Farmhouse Renovation and Addition in Orono

These Orono homeowners decided it was time to expand and update their charming farmhouse. After creating thorough design plans, our team recently completed demolition on this exciting project!

Because the addition will nearly double the home's square footage, we've excavated extensively to make way for the freshly poured foundation.

The revised land grade and foundations will provide the backbones for a new casita and in-ground pool, plus an extended garage, kitchen and terrace, master bath, and office.
